Processing and Shipping Times
• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day.
• Standard Fresh Shipping: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase to ensure maximum freshness.
Shipping Methods
• All products are shipped via expedited shipping to maintain freshness.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently only ship within the continental United States.
• Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Guidelines
• We recommend being available to receive your order upon delivery to ensure freshness.
• Products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival.
Delays and Exceptions
• While we aim for timely deliveries, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may affect shipping times. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly.
